Digital Delivery Policy

As a cloud-based software platform, MedFeed AI involves no physical shipping. This Digital Delivery Policy governs Platform access.

🎯 Delivery

Access is granted upon account activation, following payment confirmation and execution of a subscription agreement. Credentials are delivered electronically via email or the Platform's secure portal.

âš¡ Availability

The Company may ensure Platform availability, subject to scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance) and third-party infrastructure performance (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, MongoDB). Downtime does not entitle Customers to refunds or credits.

👤 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide adequate internet infrastructure and compatible systems (e.g., HIMS, EMR) to ensure seamless access. The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to Customer's infrastructure deficiencies or third-party outages.

🔄 Updates

The Company may deploy updates, enhancements, or new features at its sole discretion, with no obligation to maintain legacy functionality.
