Cancellation and Refund Policy

1 Cancellation

Customer-Initiated

The Customer may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods or prepaid credits.

Company-Initiated

The Company may cancel for breach or non-payment, as per Section 3.7, with no refund obligation.

2 Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Subscription fees and prepaid credits are non-refundable, except in the Company's sole discretion within 5 days of initial account activation, provided no Platform usage has occurred.
  • Disputes: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 days of invoicing, with supporting evidence. The Company's decision is final.
  • Failed Delivery: If account activation fails due to the Company's fault, a pro-rata refund may be issued at the Company's discretion.

3 Effect of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, access ceases, prepaid credits are forfeited, and the Company may delete Customer data without liability.
  • The Customer remains liable for outstanding fees incurred prior to cancellation.
