Pricing & Credits Policy
1 Billing Structure
The Platform operates on a subscription-based model for module access, with usage-based credits for voice minutes processed by agents, charged exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR). Overseas Customers bear all currency conversion fees imposed by their bank or payment processor.

---|---|---|
Base Module Access | ₹10,000 / module / month | Charged per activated module (Voice Feedback Module, Intelligent Notes Module, Task Management Module). |
Agent Usage Credits | Pre-paid in bundles | Debited per recorded voice minute processed by any agent (Medical Feedback Analyst, ScribeDM, Operations Officer), per the Company's rate card, available upon request. |
Currency | Indian Rupees (INR) | All invoices issued in INR; Customer bears foreign exchange conversion costs. |
2 Credits Mechanics
- Non-Expiring Credits: Credits remain valid while the Customer's account is active and in good standing (i.e., no outstanding payments or violations of this Policy Pack).
- Non-Transferable: Credits are tied exclusively to the Customer's MedFeed tenant and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared.
- Rate Card: Credit rates vary by AI model (e.g., low or high algorithms), as disclosed in the rate card. The Company may adjust rates with 30 days' notice.
- Overages: Exceeding prepaid credits triggers automatic billing for additional credits at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Taxes: All charges exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which are the Customer's responsibility.
3 Payment Terms
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued monthly, due within 10 days. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge or the maximum permitted by law.
- Disputes: Customers must notify the Company of billing disputes within 5 days of invoice receipt, or the invoice is deemed accepted.
- Suspension: Non-payment for 15 days may result in immediate account suspension or termination at the Company's sole discretion, with no liability for data loss or service interruption.
